Gradey Dick’s 2023 NBA Draft ensemble would have just about everyone in Oz in awe.
The former Kansas Jayhawks guard, 19, gave fans a sneak peek at his vibrant look ahead of Thursday night’s draft at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, channeling “The Wizard of Oz” with his red sequin jacket and matching shirt.
“So, I’m from Kansas. Dorothy has her little slippers, I got my Dorothy suit,” Dick said, referencing the iconic accessories worn by “The Wizard of Oz” heroine.
The 6-foot-8 freshman completed the look with a touch of red on the bottom of his loafers.
Leading up to this year’s draft, Dick — who averaged 14.1 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 1.7 assists at Kansas this season — shared he was keeping his ensemble for the big night a secret.
When asked by a reporter if he had his draft outfit picked out, and if he considered the look “top secret,” Dick replied, “A little bit, I mean, we’ll see,” according to a video from CBS Sports.
Unsurprisingly, Dick’s look has become the talk of NBA Twitter, with some fans likening the look to a “Christmas ornament.”
“When it’s draft night, but your Machine Gun Kelly tribute band has a gig right after …,” one user tweeted.

“Nick Papa-Georgio ready to shine,” another user remarked, referencing a “Vegas Vacation” character.
Dick is expected to be drafted in the first round, according to experts, with The Post’s Zach Braziller projecting he’ll land with the Detroit Pistons at No. 5.
